Andy Mallet
Andy Mallet is the Founder and Principal of Momentum Advisory, bringing over 20 years of senior operational leadership and transformational experience in regulated, global financial services. His career spans COO roles across private banking, fund administration, and trust and corporate services — giving him rare breadth across the full spectrum of financial services operations.
Most recently as COO of Union Bancaire Privée (UBP) in Jersey, Andy led a multi-strand Operational Excellence programme, delivered complex regulatory improvement projects, and co-led the separation and integration of an acquired 180-person bank across multiple jurisdictions. Earlier COO roles at IQ-EQ and Apex Group deepened his expertise in operating model redesign, technology-enabled transformation, and Continuous Improvement across regulated environments.
At JTC Group, as Associate Director M&A, Andy led separation and integration programmes for complex multi-jurisdictional acquisitions. An earlier career as a Commissioned Officer in The Parachute Regiment underpins his leadership discipline, structured decision-making, and ability to deliver under pressure.
